She worked at Florida Hospital in Orlando, Florida from 1980-2000. She received certification in Oncology Nursing during that time. She had varied experiences in multiple areas in the hospital. She received certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support. She completed the Critical Care Nursing Internship Program in 1992 at Florida Hospital and worked on a Progressive Care Unit. After completing her post-graduate studies for Nurse Practitioner she relocated to Ocala, Florida in 2000. Since then she has worked in adult primary care in Ocala and has been with Countryside Medical since September 2005. She has two grown daughters and five grandchildren and is a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church. |
