Countryside Medical began in November of 1997 when Dr. Lee and his wife Cheryl, a Registered Nurse, decided to start a primary care practice with the Medicare patient in mind. Beginning in a strip mall in 1997, Dr. Lee and his wife, along with two other employees, opened the practice. Our name and logo was chosen and designed from a desire to do medicine the old fashioned way, the same way Dr. Lee’s father and grandfather had done when they cared for the ill in his hometown. In fact, some of the very same medical tools that were used by his father and grandfather are now on display at Countryside medical.
We have since grown and moved to a 8,000 square foot facility and have acquired a second physician, an A.R.N.P. and 15 employees. Our long-term hopes include a one-stop facility where not only out patient’s primary medical care goals can be met, but also specialists services will be readily available. We provide full ancillary services whereby our patients primary medical goals are met.
